Terrell Buckley Offered Job
It appears that Terrell Buckley was offered our safeties job today & possibly the recruiting coordinator job as well.
It's not known yet if Buckley has accepted the position, but it is likely the Petrino will attempt to match whatever MSU offers.
Hopefully he accepts it

Gotta be Allen for DC then

And apparently he makes $200,000 at Louisville. Looks like we made him an offer he can't refuse.

I like the Buckley hire... Not Allen though if that's what this means... Ogre!

Poor Nero, he was gonna take an official to Louisville cause of Buckley. Guess he has to cancel it.

I agree, but, at some point, it will just come down to where Buckley wants to be. After his NFL career, I can't imagine his decision will be based on money.
IMO, MSU almost doubled his salary to prove a point about how badley they wanted him. I doubt Buckley allows this to become a bidding war.

Bring in Allen and a 4-2-5.

I'd be surprised if Buckley didn't take the offer to be honest with you. More money, closer to home, better conference among other things.

I know you are being sarcastic and I laughed.
But this actually probably means no Mel Tucker.

I just can't stand it, how many stars dose Buckley have? 4 or 5?

Unless Buckley really wants our job, it seems he would wait till a DC is hired. Might wanna know your boss before you take a job

I wish we would just hire a Recruiting Cord. that isn't an on field coach. I want a guy doing that 365 24/7

If they think he's worth whatever we offer, L'Ville can match or exceed it.... they have the resources

It's not all about the money with Buck he & his family want to get closer to home.
