Their 247 site seems to think it's Richt.
They ranked them in order of most to least likely:
1. Richt
2. Schiano
3. Jones
4. Mullen
Mullen's big obstacle is the buyout clause. It's not huge, but when you're as broke as Miami, and the other three coaches are unemployed, that's a big deal. Salary requirement is also a negative.
