    preferably not, but i would sure as hell exert some oversight. if his flaws were gently pointed out to him, and/or he refused to accept them and correct them, then hell yes i would fire him. that's a basic concept of successful businesses. everyone has their flaws, but the only bad employee is the one that won't improve themself.
