Suprise Player of the Year for MSU

Just like in fantasy football the experts always try to project the sleepers. Last year in NFL you might have said Doug Martin, Eric Decker. Who is this years sleeper for MSU? Could be a starter but someone who is flying under the radar.

Preston Smith is my breakout player if you will. I think he will surprise a lot of people.

De'Runnya Wilson. Something tells me this guy may have been one of the most under-recruited player last year.

Wilson and Smith are great choices

    Watch out for Matthew Wells

Your surprise player will almost certainly be a defensive player because I believe our defense is going to be so dramatically improved. I am thinking Justin Cox or Matthew Wells.

Artimas Samuels. Catches everything, really athletic and strong. Could also play a little FB.

I picked Preston Smith as my breakout player earlier, but I like Matthew Wells a lot. Jiles will be good too.

Another guy I don't see mentioned is PJ Jones. He should have a nice season.

I think Cedric Jiles, but whoever said Bohanna above knows what they're talking about too.

Where is Bohanna gonna play? He has a Senior trying to work his way into the draft and a future 1st-2nd round pick playing ahead of him

I'm not saying he will start. I just think he will rotate in a lot and be a playmaker when he does.

    Kaleb Eulls

Exceeds expectations and along with PJ Jones becomes a serious source of Mayhem on Saturdays this Fall.

We really haven't been able to see the evidence for ourselves thus far, but I believe one of our young receivers will separate himself from the pack by mid-year.
