For a different vodka drink try Deep Eddys cranberry vodka mixed with San Pellegrino Blood Orange. Half and half. Sneaky and tasty.

Think I could be thrown out of Texas if I bought canned tamales. State law.

My wife and I were looking at that and the Deep Eddys lemon vodka. Are they worth a shit? The drink you described above sounds pretty good

Deep Eddy's Ruby Red and Cranberry with a splash of club soda is a dangerous combo. Good stuff.

Tonight's menu at casa de BMS will be Pecan Encrusted Red Snapper topped with a white wine & European butter crab meat sauce. Side of angel hair pasta lightly tossed in Parmesan cheese and olive oil. I'l probably start off drinking yeungling but I'll end up in my bourbon cabinet at some point. My mixing whiskey is currently Old Charter and my premium cabinet has numerous options.
This will be documented with pictures on the Outdoor Dawg forum.

I envision you sitting by a fire with a knitted sweater reading Faulkner. You just seem like an old soul ha

Haha. What's funny is you're more likely to find me raging whiskey bent wearing a wife beater. I really don't think I own a sweater. The book on my side table is Murder Machine (story of the Roy DeMeo crew of the Gambino family). Please tell me you're not a FBI profiler lol.

I grabbed a 4 pack of Bramblin' man, a seasonal wheat ale by lazy magnolia, never tried it before and figured it was worth a shot. Also filled 2 growlers, one with an Octoberfest, the other is a stout. After I enjoy all of that the food will take care of itself, perhaps Peter Pan extra crunchy with homemade blackberry jelly on honey wheat
