Florida is great hitting team. I didn't want them to see fitts unless we had a lead. If we pitch him again Sunday, they'll have seen him and know what to expect

i see where you're coming from but down 3 in the 5th and throwing in the towel would be kinda pussified. with the day off tomorrow might as well do what you can until we're just totally out of it imo.

I think you have to try someone else and hope we can get back tied or ahead then use fitts. Using your closer down 3 in the 5th is freaking nuts to me

I just see fitts as another reliever honestly. He's prolly the best guy we have to come in and close down games, but if we save him just for that he's not gonna pitch very much.
