Yea and he's only started 7 of 34 games and averages 15 min per game according to that link. What's the story on him, and why is everyone high on him?

Had tons of high-major offers out of high school, had trouble with eligibility and now... Crickets. Was there an injury?

He is a defensive stud. We need a tough guy enforcer in the post, and he would give us that and probably start for us right away next year.

He played well in the NJCAA tournament. Got a lot of offer after that. I think he has a lot of upside plus teams are tying to add a big during the late signing period and he's about all that's left.

In those 15 minutes a game he avg 2.2 blocks a game. 75 on the season. How many blocks did Black get this year? Ray Kosongo has 3 years left like Black. He's an upgrade over Black.

Idk but they are ranked #8 in the nation and he's a freshman. Ndoye didn't start most of his games in HS either for a top 10 national HS program either and I think it's pretty safe to say Kasongo is an upgrade over both Ndoye and Black.

Didn't Newman just start following Kasongo? Kinda random for him to follow a 6 ppg 5 rpg 15 minpg bench player unless there's something else to him/it. How does Newman know him? Potential future teammates already starting to bond it looks like to me. Newman needs a big boy down low.

I don't know what his deal is but I know after the tourney MSU, LSU, TN, OM, UNLV, Seton Hall, & Kansas St offered. Also watching his film doesn't match his stats at all.

Reading too much into that 1. Dixson is actually from West Virginia just played a couple years in Kentucky. Went back to WV for his Sr year.
