    This sucks tonight but you have to look at things objectively. This is only THIRD 10 win season in school history. You give him a raise and you give him a damn BIG one.     I agree, but the fact is that he just took us to a 10-win season. Regardless of how we faded down the stretch, Strick will say that is deserving of a raise.
