It sounds to me like they are going to wait until January 5th and his trial to see what happens and go from there. I think Freeze doesn't know what to do at this point because he can't rely on Ole Miss lawyers to sweep this under the rug- and that probably isn't going to happen. And like I said, he can't just drop Kelly because he has signed a LOI and I'm sure he doesn't want to spend two spots on JUCO QB's if he can help it.
I was told that OM can rescind the LOI unilaterally. There are always 'clauses' about bringing discredit to the University in LOIs.
