HC pay is not an issue for anyone in the SEC. People are going to get raises to market value. It's the rest of the budget that is the difference.

Agreed and just so it's clear, I think that's been the plan all along this year. Nothing to do with Oxford, just makes sense. Dan is a long-term guy, doesn't think short-term so I doubt he's sweating it. It's just time to take the next step with him.
