Who are you speaking to? Who bashed the team?
I think we can and should still beat OM. We need Auburn to pull a rabbit out of their hat vs Bama

How many possessions tonight on Bamas side of the field end in without a TD(int or FG)? 5? Damn!

Why'd you have bring up 1992? That game still makes me want to curl up in the fetal position.

It's ok, there were "Well, it was a nice run" calls after we were down 5-0.
Gotta hang in there. WE have not played great..too many mistakes, but we can score quick...so need more faith.

I think we'll easily beat ole miss. What are you watching? We spotted one of the best teams in the nation 19 points and came back to make a good game of it. We won't play this bad again. Ole miss can't stop our run game like Bama has and they won't be able to move the ball on us.

No, no it isn't. That team played like they belonged there and went toe-to-toe with Bama. It took an outright screw job for Bama to get the W that day. Bama has gotten the typical Bama treatment today, but we haven't looked like we belong on the field with them. Shitty play calling, dropped passes, OL getting its ass whipped. Completely different than '99 in everything but coming into T-Town undefeated and leaving with an L.
It's the roller coaster of hope that this program keeps us on that makes it hell being a State fan. - CadaverDawg, 10/15/22

+1. Was a so/so effort but defense played their dicks off. 11-1 is in sight.

Well, first half: punting. Second half: turnovers. Give Bama credit, they made the plays and made no major mistakes. We made enough mistakes, many of them unforced, to lose 3 games. NOW: we can't let this ruin the rest of the year. It's happened 4 times in my life time in somewhat similar circumstances. We all; teams, fans, coaches; have to put this one behind us. Win the last two and it's still a fantastic season. You never know what might happen in the Iron Bowl. Even if we don't win the west, it can still be a great season. Learn from it and move on. If we don't put it behind us, go look at 1981 or 2012. We beat our selves, with a lot of help from Bama, in this game. We can't let mistakes today beat us the next two weeks.

Good job Shump.
But again. Not. One. Break. We would beat these guys 3 outa 5 and one of our 3 would be a blow out.

We just can't catch a break. Tipped ball goes right to an AL defender for an INT then Shumpert is right there for a blocked punt and misses it.
