    I don't know that umps/refs are any worse than they used to be. Super slow motion from 10 angles in HD has just highlighted mistakes that never would've come to light in the past.

    That's actually a good point. And they can replay every pitch with the strike zone on the screen. If umps make a bad call, they ain't getting away with it.
