If we keep him, restructure his pay to make it more incentive based. He just doesn't deserve a straight $4.4+ million and we get another season like this.

Defense has always been Jans calling card. If he does not have that, then he has nothing. I still believe James Miller was a huge part of his success.

I did get some good news in MBK: my OM family says beard is doing all he can to leave this season... watch KSU. My sources for OM are pretty good

I kind of feel like both coaches should have a quick meeting and decide to call it at half.

That is hard to imagine. Who else is going to pay him $6+ million. Especially after such a dismal season.

I feel like we should call it a season right now. Bring no one back from this team from players, all coaches but one (and I'm at my low point on him), S&C, all workers at the hump, any employees at the AD directly associated with MBK.... and if any fans are in the stadium till the end, give them free season tix for next season
