Texas Tech AD laid out their plan. Its a good blueprint for us to follow. They could fund 105 football scholarships but they choose to only fund 85. They are also moving 1 million of rev share from non rev sports to football. Also, directing contracted money from Learfield and Adidas from the university to NIL deals.
I fully realize we dont have their donor base but the above athletic department decisions have nothing to do with that.
