What is Chambaliss' argument?
He wants to earn NIL dollars with an additional year? Or that his D2 years should not count?
He red shirted in 2021, did not play in 2022, claims injury in 2022, but he in videos in 2022 on the bench with pads, then played 2 years in D2, and then OM for 1 year.
Are OM dollars more valuable than 2nd or 3rd Round NFL dollars?

Yes. He's guaranteed 5 mil at OM. He's not anywhere near that for a 3rd to 4th Rd pick, which is what he would be.
In terms of his argument, he is arguing that Ferris St should've applied for a Med RS for him in 2022. There's also videos out there from announcers saying that he was injured in 2022. He's going to get it so it's honestly a moot point.

FSU couldn't file for a medical rs for him. He had already redshirted in 21. You can only file for a med hardship(meaning he's already rs, you only get one wo the hardship, period) after ones eligibility has expired. Which was after 2025. Getting tired of reading that point when it isn't accurate. eta, I agree hes going to get the year from a judge.

You're right. Ferris St can't apply for that for him. The issue that OM is contesting, and the entire basis of their case, is that Ferris St didn't properly document the injury that they are claiming he had. I misspoke on that point.
Like I said though, moot point. He's going to be OM's starter Week 1.

There are rules and Chambliss and his schools didn't follow them. Case closed and why NCAA ruled 3 times that case is closed.

Except it is not. There will be an injunction and he will play. Just like Diego Pavia. And hopefully just like Jahron Manning.

We cheated. We just sucked at it.
Chris Jones payments weren't the reason he almost didn't sign.

Generally speaking if a player has a legit claim to an injury and it is documented properly they grant a medical redshirt.
So if they thought that Chambliss legitimately should get one they would have approved it long ago.

No shit, lol. Me wish-casting here doesn't mean I don't know this.

Fully aware. I was a part of all that. We just had to go higher than a lot of people wanted to go and then Robert Dunlap finally stepped in and just cut a damn check. Chris signed in a brand new sports coat that we dropped off that morning. The check may or may not have been in the left front pocket.
The girlfriend, or friend with benefits, he had in Oxford made things more complicated than some of our old heads understood.

I was fully apart . I know Chris, his mother, and the driving decision keyholder in the situation. I had conversations with Mullen surrounding Chris. Money wasn't the driving factor. It helped but it wasn't the ultimate factor in the situation. Chris is a loyal guy.

Were you granted the free benefits at the Gin in Oxford too?
