Based on Seaton alone we know we have some emergency fund money we can and will use. Maybe that ends up being the silver lining here?

Honestly though if what I have heard about KT is true, he is more likely to be a guy that gives up some of his NIL to help the team. Not saying we would ask him or expect him to because I know MSU will compensate him fairly.

I can tell you that Ole Miss tampered with him this past season and I'm sure others did too. He is still here, he has a starting position almost guaranteed here basically, his brother is here, he dreamed of playing here and he is close to home. MSU has a lot going for us with him.

KT and his family are 100% State family. Completely. But LSU/Georgia/Blue Blood offering $7MM to come be their QB and a spot for his brother will be tough to turn down.

Y'all think it is an accident that we signed his brother and haven't processed Lockhart's brother. We are doing the smart thing with these two difference makers.

If either leaves, wherever they go, better take their brothers, because we sure enough won't be.

Jaiden Taylor is a legit prospect though. I'm pretty sure we offer him if he wasn't KT's brother. He can play CB or WR.
