100%, winning or losing this game probably doesn't change our season much. Now NCAA tournament and CFB playoff games are, "must win."

A Q3 loss would be extremely difficult to overcome. I would say barring some miracle run, it would end any chance we have at the tourney

Maybe, probably, but with 14 sec games left, I'll continue to watch and hope. Jans is a good coach despite what this board thinks, and he will fix it this season or this offseason - I have faith

This team showed @Texas they have the ability to win some games against decent SEC opponents. I still think we can win between 7 and 9 SEC games, but we dug ourselves such a big hole in the non conference by losing to San Francisco, SMU and New Mexico.

Agree. OK should have beat Bama today; we smoked OK. Beat TX who beat Bama. We had Bama and UK where they shot the lights out. Idk why every team does that against us?

Jans teams have traditionally done better against teams that are poor shooting and good defensively. That is why he does better against UF and UT than against Bama and KY. Hopefully I don’t jinx it but he does well against Ole Miss. He did awful against Mizzou last year because they were too high powered offensively and it comes down to the fact these teams are not going to miss wide open 3s like other teams who shoot poorly will.

Some, but it is more than that. I watched UK against UT today and they couldnt hit broad side of a barn with open shots. We seem to have one guy have career nights against us.

Welcome to the portal era, basically a new team (for the most part each year), miss on a couple of evaluations and this happens. Next year it'll be a mostly different team. As Hadad says, we just need to understand this will not be our year.
