    Who does Selmon get?

    In the baseball search, Selmon got a lot of good outside help to make that call. He needs to do so again after firing Lebby. Who should be called upon to help in the football search?

    Maybe the guy who beat us last night. He's coached at wash st and WF, who are very similar programs to us. I love that he's been able to win with a talent deficit.

    They are certainly better on the OL and DL.

    But coaching sucks too. There has been zero development under Loadholt. He better be able to recruit finished products.

    It really is. We all know our talent level sucks. But we also know when we're watching a well coached team vs a terribly coached team.

    I'll agree in the context we did not look any more prepared than before after fifteen additional practices. And we certainly did not bring anything that would resemble a robust intensity level.

    Especially since this is his first job away from Craig Bohl at FCS. Bohl was good but not great at Wyoming and that is all he knows. Move up a level and have the same success in G5.

    No. They were missing their starting RB and best WR last night. They clearly did NOT have more athletic players than State did but it was very clear that WF is better coached at every position.
