Chase Parham is the most well sourced person at OM and he's fan media. You can be in fan media and have sources, they just aren't going to be the best and most accurate sometimes. He supports State. He's going to support whoever the State coach is. There was just a lot of frustration among a lot of boosters after The Egg Bowl and alcohol had been flowing since 8 AM.

Acknowledge he should have played KT a lot more this season and it probably cost us 2-3 wins. and i don't want to hear any Bullshit about how he wasn't ready. The only way to get ready is to play. Sitting your ASS ON THE BENCH never gets you ready. Sharpen was a sack magnet all season. I just hope he learned his lesson and quits being hard-headed and plays the best players. The loyalty angle is for a loser's mentality. Can you ever imagine Nick Saban ever resorting to loyalty over common sense. Come on Lebby grow a nut sack and be a real head coach.

We were in a lot of games we had NO business being in this year. If you cannot acknowledge that, than I do not see how you can demand Lebby acknowledge something you think should have happened, as an error on his end for not making it happen. Anyone that watched the games, knows QB was not the reason we lost the games. He actually had us in those games we should not have been with some key, accurate downfield passes.

Not claiming close losses as a win, but we hammered Vegas because we over performed for most of the year. Inserting a true freshman QB into those close games, does not change the outcome and quite frankly, I do not think we are in them with anyone other than Blake at QB. I give a lot of that credit to Lebby and staff for sticking to their gut on LEAVING Blake at QB, regardless of our dumbass idea to throw a true freshmen QB out there in the SEC.

Going 1-5 in the last six egg bowls and 3 straight home losses to those assholes will make that happen. Throw in the fact that there was a ton of those peter millar wearing assholes all through our stadium for that game and it is easy to get pissed.

Well, they definitely have some influence at least indirectly. I would say most of the things that they have come up with whether it's painting the end zones to what kind of coach MSU should hire- MSU has done a lot of it. The script State on the football helmets is another example.

Now, no they aren't going to be able to go up to Kennum and Selmon and be like "Do this now" and it happens.

BUT if you can build a following and you influence enough people to say the same thing then MSU does notice that. That's where their "power" is. Hell, they were using their followers to try to get more media access this past offseason. What Joe from Bogue Chitto is sitting on his couch going "gee I wish the media had more access"? That came from somewhere.

And then anyone that disagrees with them they basically belittle them and their followers just chime right on in and there's really not much discourse. Even if they're wrong. And that's really the biggest issue with fanboys IMO. Yes, sometimes their ideas are good but sometimes their ideas really aren't very good either. And there is really no one there to hold them accountable. I hate to bring it up but an example would be Kevin Barbay. He basically fit the mold of the OC that they preferred and it was a complete disaster. Not that they hired the guy or had any say in it but you don't have anyone saying "this is what you wanted and it sucks." And if you did then the excuses come and it's really Dave Emrick's fault, I was just trying to be positive after a tragic situation, I'm just a preacher's kid, I just sell pizzas whatever it is.

They were very instrumental in getting our interlocking helmets back full time. I will forever be grateful to them for pushing that after our administration bullsh*t us for 20 years on them not being available. They have takes that I agree with and takes I disagree with, but they want State to win as bad as we all do. I realize they are not for everyone and I respect that. Robbie is a pretty close friend of mine and he is a good person. He has his own faults and struggles like the rest of us. But like I said. The heart is in the right place for State for both he and Hadad.
