College coaches have a gravy train. Contracts. They don’t have to compete on a daily basis because you owe them big money if you fire them. I go to work and compete every single day because I can be let go at any time. And yet 99% of these coaches never win anything. They are constantly rewarded for a lack of success. I’m not talking specifically about Jans, but rather the entire industry. Kiffin has never won a championship and he is pursued. It’s honestly crazy. But it is what it is.
