Add to that if Sark bolts to the NFL.

Problem with all this turnover for us is all these programs will up their spending to help the new coach. We will fall farther and farther behind.

Or or or. And hear me out. More and more Auburns will keep happening. We'll spend more to 'keep up with the joneses' and the SEC will continue to stick out above the rest. Our noncon will become all but guaranteed. (Private equity falling through for the B1G so I think we're gonna have the leg up on their lower tier). Then it's being the stable one.
Maybe folks are right and we just need money on the lines. We've got the talent at skill positions to compete. Price of the best bricks going up but we're gonna never lose to G5 and then start outcompeting most of ACC/B12 (texsa schools are the question mark there). Auburn is proof you can't spend your way out of the hole.

And yes, I know that John Cohen is their AD.
Auburn is a train wreck and the confederacy has a smooth operation running. Should be an easy choice for any coach.

1 of 2 things are going to happen today/this weekend:
1. Lame is headed to BR because they have given him everything possible he could ask for. Flarda was not willing to do that. They have even told him he could bring back Ogermoron if he wants
2. Or Lame doesnt want to look like the bad guy asshole abandoning his team and decides to stay put. They will try to spin it as he was playing Fla/LSU the whole time or some other dumb shit nobody will really believe
Walk like the King or walk like you don't care who the King is

Yeah they don?t have TX $$$ but they do have a well oiled smooth running machine and that is more than half of the battle. And let?s not pretend they aren?t very well funded.

Lane is gonna be hated big time in Oxford if he leaves. Wonder how his son playing qb still affects his decision. If he loses Friday, it would make bolting easier.

I told someone yesterday I want to be there for that one. That will make that OM/Tennessee game in 2021 look like an MAIS rivalry. It will take toxic to another level.

I absolutely love this coaching turmoil especially when it doesn't involve us!

Major movement in betting markets towards Kiffin to LSU. Apparently some LSU on3 known insider called it. Haven't heard any different numbers or new information myself.

All this coaching stuff moving around has no effect with Msu, if anything it helps mainly because many coaches will be overpaid and IF they don't produce will be fired quickly. Btw, we are going to get a huge amount from an alumnus to our athletic department. Now when is the question, hopefully in the coming months.

Coach, this keeps going around in my head.....”IF" by chance something weird happens and LK has to stay...........would it be kiss, make up and forget what happened or would there be lasting implications especially with several of their wins the last few years being possible losses going forward? One day the SEC teams they have beaten, Fla. LSU. Arky, Aub, Ok won?t stay down from now on. This year Arky, OK, and Fla all had late 4th qtr potential game winning drives end in turnovers.

With the portal it definitely affects MSU. And if we do make coaching changes the pool of candidates is going to be a lot better than before.

Yes, to helping us in portal. Let's hope what I was told about the gift coming to the athletic department comes thru. From what I understand it matches a gift that was given to the university earlier.

Regardless of whether Lane stays or goes, this Egg Bowl is extremely important for State. We absolutely need to find a way to win this game for Lebby and the program.

Absolutely. It's still a long shot for us to win, but our chances have gone up tremendously with the lane drama.

Tremendous amount of pressure on OM to win. Biggest regular season game in OM history according to some their fans. We'll see how they handle that pressure.
If we come with the energy like we had UT, Florida etc, we'll have a real shot at winning.
