What's crazy is that Lebby has toed the line all year, and his dumb ass probably could have gotten poached by a bigger better program and doubled his salary if he just closes out Texas, or Tennessee, or Florida. Not all of them even...just 1 or 2 of the games he had won. And he cost himself millions losing those games. He honestly would have been better off going 3-9 and never having leads and opportunities to beat those teams with more talent, because all it did was present opportunities to show that he didn't have what it takes to close out and beat someone with more talent. That he couldn't coach us to big victories.
Things would be so much different if the Tennessee And Texas and Florida games were how we ended the year, instead of these absolute embarrassments against Georgia and Mizzou, and the impending beat down Ole Miss will give us. We seem to have gone from improvement to regression, and that's not a good sign. If you can get someone proven at this point you absolutely do it if you're Selmon. Going to be tough this cycle, but what's to lose now? Who cares.
"Write the check then". Took care of for you 4 Lebby believers we have left in our fanbase. That's all the defense to keep Lebby has now.
