Their service has always been good at least compared to our CSR usually being a nightmare to speak to a real person in today's do it online world. I'm interested to see if DirecTV service suffers after this sale. I too may be looking for another provider if this happens.
They are all so greedy! and As for ATT they have a monopoly in NEMS(like 85-90%) of users so they have no real competition to make them work hard to get better. The 5G towers are crap I live less than 1/2 mile as crow flies and cant even send a text some days and have to use WIFI call most of the time........
