SI on Hugh Freeze
Per SI, about an hour ago, the Auburn Sunday afternoon team meeting has been canceled. Word is Freeze is being fired this afternoon.

I think it's the new normal in college football, at least for a while.
NIL and the portal have made a lot of "have nots" into real contenders, so now there will always be programs who consider themselves too good for mediocre results (Penn State, Auburn, etc., this year) getting those mediocre results and making a change.

OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) - Ole Miss campus police ask students to behave at future baseball games following a recent incident.
The university said students were reportedly throwing rocks at Georgia baseball players during last weekend's series.

The rev share now has actually helped. Now it’s not just totally on the Boosters- opening up more money for buyouts and other things

Well didn?t every single coach came back from last season? Seems like a few of these should have been excused after last season.

I just don’t agree firing during the season. Maybe last week is season. But I read ED posters some love firings.

Players and Coaches are employees now. Win or Go home
No such thing as a "nice 19-year-old student do his best" ... paid employees and can be booed and run out-of-town and blasted on-line by journalists and NIL contributors.

Mullen will have a full November of Interviews. Wonder how he squeezes-in games and practices for UNLV.

Wonder if Dabo gets tired of Clemson and would go to Aubbie. Listening to Aubbie verson of T@L and they are throwing darts at every coach including LK and Drink.

He's lost 2 in a row. He might get a new job but not much of an upgrade from where he is now.
