My final comment regarding MSU football. Ever. These guys are a ragtag bunch of mental midgets making an insane amount of money to put out a comically inept product like nothing I have ever seen. That goes for the entire program. Top to bottom. I give no further shits from this point forward about any facet of it. It is in no way shape form or fashion enjoyable or fun. So 17 them everyone.

A lot of you folks are showing you never played football. Or you never played on a terrible to okay team and it's glaringly obvious.
You have to learn to win. There is so much a coach can do, there is something that happens with the players between the middle of the third to end of game where they just tone it down a smidge for whatever reason, that is what happens to players who think they have crossed the finish line. And they grab defeat from the ground of victory. These kids do not know how to put the foot into the throat. That is a skill only learned on the pages of experience. It's unfortunate but as long as they don't quit and do see they are right there, they just have to stay focused for a little while longer they will get over that preverbal hump.

Yep. Swing and Miss. We may collapse now.
I said after last week Lebby should be called on the carpet to explain why he didn't understand football 101. I repeat the proposal but with an added comment that his being coach next year depends on winning at least one game left on this year's schedule, so he better not have a big emotional letdown next week.
I'm not off the fence. I was still on his side. I've hopped the fence. My support for keeping him around is conditional that 0-16 never becomes a thing.

They are not getting over the hump. The constant is the coach that won't get close enough to win again this year. Winners win and losers lose. Also, with the portal teams can change in 3 months you don't have time to "learn to win" Learning to win happens when you're a coordinator.

If there is a review call in which we are playing a blue blood that has the game on the line, then that call will go against MSU. The Texas receiver didn?t have full possession until both feet were out of bounds.

He is a part of the Admin and the Admin made a decision to hire cheap and go the coordinator route aGAIN! Another Damn Coach In Training who cannot see that his team is not prepared to make winning plays.
We have a Moron for a Head Coach and several SPED students playing football for State. What we used to accuse Southern Miss of being, State has now become. Signing players who not only are t good enough to play for other SEC teams, they aren?t Smart Enough to play for other SEC teams!

I do t disagree. And maybe with teams that have legit deep pockets. But I feel like at state we gotta go through those pains to a greater extent than say Texas.

Really doesn't matter. We were done offensively. There is no universe that exists in which we were going to score again, even in OT.
