Yeeeeahhhh. Except that's not how they're coached. Especially after the tackles ole' them and they have a full head of steam. And Shapen isn't immobile at all.

Shapen isn't terrible, but we all know that Lebby spent all of December trying to replace him in the portal and failed.

That's the thing a lot of our fans don't get. You can't just Superman your way through a SEC defense. There are no corners to cut. We HAVE TO be better going forward at all positions.
Oh, I agree.
Its a combination of a lot of things with Shapen, that we're stuck with, obv, bc hes clearly the most knowledgeable in the offense.
I reeeeally wish he didn't crumble like wet balsa wood on every drop back when things break down....

We did not compete on offense.

Sorry that few players can be persuaded to play here. Very few

Yeah. Hopefully not broke. Could be a bad high ankle sprain but those can linger too

He is better with a five second clean pocket. But even five seconds is not always enough time for him.

If anyone and I did, saw the TAM Aubbie game last week they would've saw the TAMs D was legit and would've designed his game plan accordingly. Just like you stated.

We're going to have to $tep it up as a fanbase if we want to win enough to go to the playoffs.

If there is ONE thing we did well tonight is we finally started to get the short passing game going. THAT is going to help the offensive line as much as anything. Look at the only TD we scored tonight.
I think what happened tonight is more of a product of injuries and being on the road more than anything. We also had two turnovers and they cashed in on one of them (maybe two?) and that made it look worse than it was. I don't know that jets and shovels will help too much because jets take a long time to develop and that's the opposite of what we want the line to have to do. Shovel it's just I could see it getting blown up because they can't block.

He wasn't really trying to replace such a great qb

If it's a fracture he is probably out 6 weeks.

Well never make the playoffs but we can win 6-7 sometimes. If things fall in order.

And the problem with the RPO is the play execution depends on the QB and Shapen wants to sit back and play Brett Farve. It won't work with a crappy Line. He should've made Fluff the second coming of John Riggins.
