Future opponent N. Illinois defeats Holy Cross 19-17

Needed a 96 yard kickoff return for the difference. Also gave up a 97 yard kickoff return. Don't think they will be a problem for State.

I wish we still had Craver and Coleman with Thompson. That would have been pretty sick.

Wait I thought N.IL was preseason top 30? Sounds like they are top 300.

Don't do this. Toledo who blasted us lost to freaking Sloppy Joe and Akron last year. You never know what you're going to get week to week from mostly 18-22 year olds.

No doubt MSU the team can't take anyone lightly. We the fans can do this though as we read articles and commentary about teams, players, etc.

We should easily beat N.IL and Alcorn. Beat ASU and we are 4-0 heading into UT at home. Our program will be infused with energy we hadn't had in long time. We need this to happen. ASU game is setting us up perfect too. At home, they don't look as good but are highly ranked based off last year ride.
