I understand what you're saying. But there is a monetary value in exposure. And we simply can't match the exposure of a Blue Blood and a championship caliber team. I hope you're right and legacy trumps that.
Being a legacy, being treated like royalty, being paid handsomely, being "the guy", and if you win - a lifetime certificate of being king. Versus being a jag even winning the natty at kentucky / duke.
