Just looking at his Wikipedia, similar Division 1 experience to Lemonis. I would definitely be letdown with Kansas coach.

Neither of those guys were great recruiters. Madden barely even coached college. And parcels wasn't obese for most of his life.
Lemonis has a huge gut. Great guy. Really like him. But he's way overweight for somebody 5'10" and not an alpha.

There are obviously exceptions and I hate to paint with a broad brush, but generally fat people are undisciplined and in a lot of cases lazy. Not always, but it is definitely a red flag in a hiring process.
