If we become top 5, seriously we will need more seats or stadium capacity.

IMO
We should be pushing for 15k / game on SEC weekends, with ~ 17k - 18K on great days.
Pushing for 20K in time.

win a natty again and go back to the last dude renovation rendering complete with more lofts

Whoa there Trigger, y'all are getting the cart way before the horse. This has a long time to shake out.

I get the desire for lofts - more comfort but at what price? A predominance of Lofts will price out the average fan. I would think making the experience better for the average fan will drive more attendance. That is unless sports is becoming a rich mans game - to attend that is! Keep those TV contracts alive - only way average fans will be able to enjoy it at that rate!

Our fanbase in a nutshell. Lol!

I would assume those lofts would help fund baseball over the 1 GA ticket.
Could use the lofts for football season at a premium rent out.

I mean the thing with the lofts is they won't take away attendance options for the average fan and the demand is there. The lofts also guarantee you 180K over the life of the 3 year lease on those things so multiply that by 12-15 units and you have well over 7 figures in revenue. I think within the next 10-12 years we will probably do away with the berms and make that bleacher seating. And no.....GA Chairbacks ARE NEVER GOING TO BE A THING.

I am ready for a loft.
bucket list.
started flying private, which I never thought possible on the trajectory. Baseball is by far my favorite sport, so now I would love to use it as a company write off for entertaining at games.
edit: it really was difficult to get behind these Lemonis teams. I loved the teams and watch every game, good or bad. Just a good time now to see us surpass everyone and have at least one sport we can win big.
As you said Vegas, embrace what we have at baseball games, make it bigger, and be known for it

Another set of lofts is going to happen. Too much demand for them
Walk like the King or walk like you don't care who the King is

With that, I think that as soon as you walk into the stadium with a GA ticket you should be able to sit in any un-occupied, non club level chairback and if/when the owner of that seat shows up, you move to another empty seat or go grab a spot on the drink rail. We used to do something like that years ago but it was after the 4th inning or 4.5 innings I believe.

They should give Jesco the nod for them if all bids are equal. They seem to be the only one landing jobs on time down there in the past decade.

Yada yada blah blah. Show me. Until then there's nothing to talk about.

I know there's a waiting list for them, how long I do not know. But I mean they basically pay for themselves in a year when you think about it. It's a place to stay in Starkville every game weekend. The only knock on them is that you can never own them. It's a 3 year lease. I don't know how the renewals work on anything like that though.

My 2 cents.
Make one of the berms into seats. I think there is a group of fans that is into the berms on the first base side I think and if they want to have that berm- let them have it.
I think MSU needs to come up with some temporary bleachers that they can use for SEC weekends and regionals and move for midweek and OOC games.
-
What about a 3rd deck behind theplate?
Would those seats be any good ?

Don't forget Restaurant Lemonis

the waiting list for reserved seating season tickets is enough to have a 23K seat stadium of chairbacks. they would all sell out.

Yea they used to do that but went away with that when the new stadium was built. I don't agree that you should just walk in a take someone's seat. I don't mind after the 4th or 5th though.
