Finally went back and watched the FSU/Miami game to watch Luke a little more. He and MVB are different for sure, but worst case, the production should be about the same. MVB throws a better deep ball, Luke throws a better intermediate ball. MVP a little quicker in moving around the pocket - Luke is stronger and can break a tackle.

I think at worst it's an even trade (minus the experience in Lebby's offense) but I think Luke may have a touch more upside in this system.

Luke has a better feel for the pocket, which cancels out MVB's quickness of movement around the pocket, IMO. Lebby was always onto MVB about stepping up into the pocket.

They were also 5-0 in one score games. They will return to the mean next year. Funny enough, guess who else was 10-2 last year and was 4-0 in one score games? Ole Miss. You know what they were this year in one score games? 0-3.

Paul Jones said this morning he feels really confident about both Trevion Barnes(FIU LB) and Jalen Smith(Tennessee LB). Smith told him he expects to make a decision this week.

Paul Jones, Robbie Faulk, Brian Hadad, and Steve Robertson are all hinting at it. That's too many people for it to just be a rumor. He just hasn't released anything official. I'm sure waiting to get the graphic from whoever is making it for him.
