I don't see any issues with his arm at all. This clip is an absolute dime that is dropped by the WR in the endzone. I like the way he stepped up within the pocket on this. We had some issues with MVB being able to do this.

Brady Wilson: Per PFF, 3rd highest graded run blocker among centers, 9th highest graded pass blocker among centers, and 4th overall highest grade among centers. Grades out per PFF very similarly to Ethan Miner from 2023.

Why have we not offered Keshawn Silver a million yet.

Same reason we haven?t offered Oatis that much. The big money goes to the players who can affect the passing game. You don?t spend big on guys who are just run pluggers.

Because he plays one of about every eight plays he is in the game. Now, if another Walter Nolan is in the portal, yeah give him 1 million.

Per Nakos he signed with Auburn. So the visit is off. Another really bad perception loss for Lebby. No way around it. We had the money and he let Freeze and Auburn get involved. Another costly recruiting lesson in this conference.

It was never a doubt when we found out he was visiting Auburn earlier in the week. We are MSU

I have been saying for MONTHS we will have to over pay in the portal. This is exhibit A. We do not have a product to sell.

What if I told you people in our building have been saying since Shapen signed that he was our starter regardless of whether we signed Arnold.
If you're Arnold, why come compete for a position with Shapen when you are the clear number 1 at Auburn.
Also, be interested to see if Cubelic backs off his position that Arnold was not good this year.

It will be hard for Cubelic to walk back some of the stuff he said. I also really hope the Shapen stuff was just lip service. If they are actually confident in a guy who has had one healthy season in 5 seasons then we have even more problems.

Well, on to Kromenhoek. He?s coming in tomorrow and does not have any other visits lined up from my knowledge.

Jackson Arnold just killed his career. Hugh Freeze will not get him to where he wants to be.

They are confident that he is further along than Arnold right now and would be the starter going into fall.
Now yes, everybody understands injury concerns.
That's why we will sign another qb.
Shapen played 13 games in 2022.
Shapen played 8 games in 2023.

Yep, whether he wins the starting job or not, we could at least win some perception back from losing Arnold. Losing one former 5 star and gaining another is pretty good perception. Maybe he won?t command as much money. Also, it?s going to be very interesting to watch the whole QB deal play out at AU. If Hugh brings in more QBs and Arnold doesn?t start, that seems like an expensive back up. I?m sure Hugh told him everything he wanted to hear last night while lying right through those beaver teeth.
