Exactly, why do we let him be the DL coach all the way until Feb 1 when we need a new DL coach right now that might actually be attractive to play for while we are recruiting the portal through all of Jan? Our talent on DL currently is so pathetic that it is totally crippling to the rest of the defense and the overall team.
Or….you just tell him do not come back and we will pay out the remainder of your contract. He can still be employed and we have a new DL coach.
