If we finish 2-10 and then 4-8 or less, I sure hope we'd tell Selmon that if he doesn't fire Lebby, they'll both be fired.
It's a new era. Coaches don't get "time" anymore, and they shouldn't get it. There are lots of examples of teams reinventing themselves in one offseason through the portal, and Lebby better do that this winter.
