It's a miracle we aren't already. And that's the point I'm making, by some miracle we are still in a position to pull ourselves out of this and get serious about winning. But that starts with each and every fan, they have to make a decision on if Mississippi State winning is important enough to them for them to pitch in where they can as it relates to NIL, buy in to talking points put out by the university, understand that we need to take risks(like possibly hiring Art Briles in some capacity) and not be the morality police. ROW IN THE SAME DIRECTION.

Also, can a certain two members of our media either have their press credentials revoked or stop shitting on the team every 5 seconds. I get things aren't good and it's ok to point that out but I mean holy shit, Hadad and Faulk are the anti Mcready or Yancy. All they do is talk down about Mississippi State, which is funny since covering Mississippi State is what pays for their lives so they're not delivering pizzas or covering Amory vs Nettleton on a Friday night for $50.

What else is funny is that MSU made a lot of changes that they demanded. Like going away from the Air Raid, going to the script State, getting Hardy to do a concert at MSU, and hiring Arnett and Lebby. And almost all of those things have turned to shit. Sounds like Hardy was the only good thing actually.

From the OM people I have talked to, if Kiffin was to leave then they would probably settle on Tom Herman or Barry Odom. They also would look at Chadwell. They wanted Lebby and that was always the plan, but Kiffin screwed up the plan when he stayed in 2022 and we completely 17'd it up by hiring Lebby.

Either one of those would be a step down from Lane. I like Odom but I think his ceiling is a 9 win coach in the SEC. Herman might be able to replicate Lane's success but he fell flat on his face at Texas.

One of the reasons the media likes to put us down is because we are a small university comparatively and do not have a huge fan base that would raise heck on the media that slighted us. The same goes for the media putting down the state of Mississippi. Not enough people to raise heck. Unlike New York or California which both have really bad stuff going on. Same goes for the SEC.

Yes and from our history plus ole miss doing well in the media industry. However I was say this, if we did how AB then it would be headlines........ for a week or until something else happened then forgotten about if he wasn't in the field or box. Then you could move him up in the box next year, just ease him in like every other coach that did some sh.... stuff does
