Shouldn't have changed. It is what it is.

We should have hired Curt Cigniti. He has Indiana rolling in his first year

It doesn't matter how good the QB and WRs are when the OL is garbage. The RBs are too except for maybe the third stringer.

it is 100% what happened. We had zero buy in with the team in 2023 and it showed. Blatanley obvious

the proper hire would have been a successful head coach at a lower level. in the new era there are no training wheels or experiments

Take a break brother. You don?t have to tote that water anymore. They are all fired. BP got what y?all wanted, revenge on Leach.
They lied. The kids knew it and lost all respect for them. That?s what happened. The team quit after the Kentucky loss and wasnt coming back to life till he was gone bc he came In the locker room after that game talking about all we needed was 2 more wins to save his job. Bookie Watson had an implosion and then the kids quit at A&M.

You are trash. Yes the team quit. We all saw it. There was no buy-in. It was old dudes wanting to keep things their way- not having to do something new
The WR's absolutely wanted no part of blocking. We saw it real time.

**** Dan Mullen. He never wanted to be here. He left us. He's a TV guy. Probably not a coincidence that both programs he left had majors issues after he left either.

And how many times did you criticize Croom and Moorhead for not adapting to his personnel? Arnett and Barbay were no different.

LOL ... Everyone still wanting to blame Leach in the NIL era. Leach or Mullen would win 6 to 8 every year with maybe a 5 win or 9 win season thrown in here or there. In this era or previous era. They know how to be HCs. They make players tough. They know how to create a good culture.
A lot of it is just talent and desire evaluation. Mullen and Leach can do that.
Leach may not do as well in NIL era, but he'd win 5 or 6 with this killer schedule ... and it is a killer schedule. We're looking at five 50+ pt losses if the best 5 on our schedule unleash on us. And we ain't winning an SEC game barring some miracle.

Then what the **** do you call this?

Also pretty much all of Leach's guys are gone on offense. And most on defense. It's a lot easier to reboot in the NIL era. We failed to do that last offseason.

Arnett sucks and Lebby sucks.
But only one of them lost by 24 points to a G5 school while getting completely pushed around on both lines.

We failed to do that the last two seasons. The reality is we are funding this current roster with NIL money. A lot of it. We have to evaluate better and we can?t pay guys just to fill out a roster. And yes we need to overpay for know commodities and stop trying to play moneyball because it has not worked in two cycles for us. We are lighting NIL funds on fire with this roster.
