And the money they do is have is all being shifted to football per Kiffin's request. If they don't make the playoffs it may be the biggest flop season we've seen in a long time.

I will be doing my best to send as much bad juju as possible to those schmucks between now and the start of the season. And during the season too.

Clawson is going to get them in Winston-Salem on Sept 14th but they will still win 9
-
I think they go 10-2 with losses to Jawja and @LSU
Slip in the playoff

I think they go 8-4. With losses to Wake Forest, UGA, and LSU. After their 3rd loss assures they will not make the playoffs, per usually with hired mercenaries, they play a WTF game the day after Thanksgiving and lose to The Dawgs!

Every team has hired guns now. We have what? 30 news guys or so?
They will beat Wake by 2 TD’s or more unless Joe Dirt gets hurt. You guys better brace yourselves this Fall. This is the best team they have ever had

And they have the second or third easiest schedule in the league per the analytics. Anything less than 10-2 is an abject disaster.

Why do some of y'all think Wake Forest is going to beat Ole Miss?
They went 4-8 last year. They were worse than MSU with Arnett and Barbay.
Did they get Mahomes in the portal?

That's maroon colored glasses if I've ever seen it. Hope you're right. But I doubt it barring major injuries.

Bc people blindly want to believe that they won't be good. Bc logic of that makes ZERO since. Winning by 21 makes way more.

No logical reason to think or believ this

And then when they finally are able to buyout Bianco in a year or two I think they're going to have a hard time finding someone between salary and the remaining crater left behind. I only say two because the buyout is apparently that bad.
They are spending their NIL money on the sport that matters. We should probably do the same.

They struggle with Wake historically similar to how we do with GT, it’s @Wake and Wake is supposed to be improved. Clawson is also a really good coach at probably the hardest power 5 school to win at and he took them to a record straight number of bowl games along with an ACC title appearance and usually has a good offense. I am not saying Ole Miss is not going to be a good team as I think they still win all their other games besides UGA and @LSU

I think we should spend our money on all of our sports we care about.
It's not like Lebby is recruiting poorly in the portal or high school right now while we're also recruiting well in baseball at the same time.
We'll see how Ole Miss feels next year when they win 23 games in baseball.

I can almost guarantee you that if we played GT without Croom or when they had two of their best teams during the Paul Johnson era we would win our share of games.
I continue to be amazed by the Dave Clawson love on this board. There is no rhyme or reason to it.

They played them twice. Once with O and they were skulled and once with Nutt, where he was still figuring out that team. So yes they have "historically" struggled with them being they are 0-2 in their only two games against them.
However, that was 3 coaches ago for OM and 1 coach ago for Wake. At that time, they were probably pretty equal talent wise. They haven't been equal talent wise in over a decade though. OM will win that game by 3 scores, and it may not be that close.

They aren't anywhere close to Georgia good. Still 20 points or more behind UGA. They aren't close to Bama either. But Bama has a tougher schedule, so OM may finish ahead of Bama in the SEC. Bama has more five stars right now than OM has ever had.
-
They are one of the best 10 teams in the country. They will have a shot to beat Georgia at home. I agree Georgia is the better football team but Stop kidding yourself. Upsets happen on the road in the SEC every season.
