    Well to be honest I don't think our fans would have a problem with the mandatory Bible study at all.

    I know I wouldn't.

    I would venture to guess that most baseball players in MLB are Christians as well so I don't think it would be a negative.

    And as a baseball coach- Heefner is elite. The stats don't lie.

    We would pretty much always have an elite pitching coach with him- this is the guy that developed Wes Johnson. And their hitting stats are really good too. If his hitting coach were to take over at DBU in a scenario where we hired Heefner we could and should call home Austin Cousino from Kentucky to be our hitting coach. His resume' is very similar to Cann's.

    If Heefner were in the SEC I think pitchers would flock to us. He is one of the most respected pitching guys in the game.
