Yep. Crazy world where 99% of the teams would trip over themselves for Arky's success, but their fans want to fire him. If they do, we'll HAPPILY trade.

I can tell you flat out that Stricklin at UGA did not want Condon, and he strung the family along till after Condon was already enrolled at UGA as to whether he would have a walk on spot or not.
And it's one reason Stricklin was fired after last season.

I probably pay more to go to the games than you give to NIL. Also, I don't make a dime off of using anyone's Name, Image or Likeness which is what NIL literally stands for so I'll keep paying just to go to games so those who sit at home and bitch about NIL will at least have someone to look at in the stands while they are watching on tv.

I think we could get 100% approval for that exchange on this board.

TN might be open after their season.... not really, but TX job though. Maybe it depends if Vitello wins it all this season.

I give more than I should because I want to win. And you probably do pay more to go to the games. I'm grandfathered in to season tickets in every sport and have a condo in Starkville. So the only thing I have to pay for is a flight or gas to get there.

Always a chance but I expect Vitello to be at Tenn about 15 more years. Texas doesnt give him anything Tenn doesnt

He'll get a nice raise out of it. I imagine that's it though. I could see them making a run at DVH though. If they thought he could give them 5 years and a national championship I think they'd take it.

Plus at TN , he is IT.
TX would not be like that. Although it was said elsewhere that TX was his dream job. If anything....he gets another raise.

My first call would be to Pollard at Duke.

I think a lot of our fans like Haire because of how he "fits in" at MSU. Not saying that would make him the best choice though.

Pollard would be on down my list if Lemonis were to make a move. His results are meh in a meh conference. You definitely could get him and probably would not have to pay very much.

They care about baseball much more at Texas and it's a blueblood program.

He can also recruit without having to leave Texas.

They used to be a big deal- but they arent now. Maybe being in the SEC ramps that back up. Texas doesnt draw crowds like Tenn does now either

    Heck yes.
The SEC baseball logo might have to change to a Pineapple

Texas is desperate to show that they can compete in the SEC and win Titles. They will give any of their sports a blank check to do it too.

Big Fish = Multiple CWS, National Champ, Big Conference Experience, and National Coach of Year Accolades

Lemons has this plus he has South Carolina ties.

Seems like the perfect job for McDonnell. If he liked the Alabama job, the USC is even better

That's fan stuff, we always want dudes fired.

If USCe has money, I hope they break the Bank and take Vitello. I want to call and mess with my Tennessee friends.
