    Gabriel on campus now

    Gabriel apparently has cancelled his visit to Oregon and is on campus right now. Will be here until Tuesday. This is is why Lebby posted the ?Showtime? edit on Twitter 30 minutes ago.

    It can't be overstated how huge it would be to get Gabriel on board. You can argue he's the top returning player in college football and one of the frontrunners for the Heisman next year.

    Maybe just maybe, Sharpen and some others were told we were only taking one more after Gabrielle or whoever and whichever commits first gets the spot. Maybe that’s why he committed now.

    If he is/was at Oregon, he probably won't be there much longer. The coaches and Bo Nix will be flying out in the morning for the Heisman presentation.

    I'll preface by saying I have no inside info, however Shapen is quality enough to not come somewhere like State to be the back up. We've all been State fans long enough to see that kind of writing on the wall.
