I'm no expert on Title IX, are you saying that it will be the factor that ends this when all "student athletes", have to receive the same benefits?
Fair and Equal- Cant pay the guys and then all the girls get nothing. Lawsuits are already starting with NIL and they will likely hold them off- but when the school runs it- Title IX becomes a factor
