I respect that he did this. I like him for this at least. Hopefully it's a home run hire also.
I respect him because he ran the search a lot like Byrne. He has not let A LOT of stuff play out in the media to give a perception that we are being turned down left and right, which I have no reason to believe we are but a certain former AD had a problem with running his mouth that led to that problem.
