That's what I was told as well. Sumrall Sunday, supposedly Elko Monday, Fritz Tuesday and Lebby yesterday. Odom has had several calls but to my knowledge no face to face, could be wrong on that.

If not Chadwell, I think it's elko, Fritz, or Sumrall. Then Odom. Sitting head coach.

The last sitting head coaches were leach and JWS. Both successes. 2 for 2.
Non head coaches have been Croom, mullen, Moorhead, and arnett. 1 out of 4 hit.

I?ll just say this?the people I know, who have coached on SEC teams, say that Sumrall, Chadwell, Odom, Elko would be the best options going forward. Said Fritz would be if he were younger. Lebby would be a trainwreck with no idea of what he?s doing or what?s going on. But by all means go with a bump and giggle offense. Hope you like an offense that?s only bubble screens, direct snaps, jet sweeps over and over again.

I find it hard to believe you know multiple current or former SEC coaches and they all just happen to have the exact same conclusion across 6 guys. Come on dude

I don't think it's Sumrall. I think there's an issue and we're foolish at best to pay a $5mm buyout for Odom. No SEC team would do that and it would show what fools we really are. I won't be surprised if there is another name that pops up either. If things start to take off fast, watch out.

TAM just paid $76M for a guy NOT to coach. No one will notice if we pay $5M, geez.

I have no connections, but if our "On the Job Training AD" hires another "On the Job Training HC" (with his baggage) we are in deep trouble. Don't want a hire like this just because of the OK connections, lazy and very disappointing. We need a HC that can follow the other name SEC West HC's into the recruits homes and they at least know who he is! Get It Done, A$AP! Hail State! JMO.
