1. Our 8-4 coach DIED, completely new staff this year
2. Our starting QB is out (9-4 last year)

This just proves Mike Leach was probably one of the best coaches of all time. He never coached at recruiting hot spots, but somehow always had competitive teams.

There is no doubt that Mike Leach is one of the best to ever do it. What he was able to do with Will Rogers is nothing short of a miracle.
