Kiffin won 10 games on probation. They announced the probation in June of the his first year. He finished 2nd, 1st, and then 3rd in the Pac. They fired him when he was 3-2. We have no idea how that season would have turned out. What we do know in the interim coach finished the season 10-4.

Kiffin is a lot of things imo, but a bad HC is not one of them.
