Take notice of the third link about Anti Trust considerations, by the Court in regards to governing students. The SCOUS basically severed the link with Anti Trust considerations that the NCAA had prior to its rulings thus there will be hard rock mining to alter the Courts encompassing viewpoint that includes NIL and student movement.
