Go recruit your guys, evaluate and get your diamonds in the rough and who you think are going to be SEC guys and the rest of the in state guys. Also, get 1 to 2 of the top 3 in state players on top of that. It's really not that hard of a concept to grasp.
Why return in 2-3 years? We have the data to do it right now. The last composite top 3 in state player we got ended up being a top 5 DB to ever play here and will be an early NFL draft pick.
Do you think we should consistently be able to beat Alabama and Georgia for an in state kid?
