This is what I would do

Its not perfect but

When you sign out of high school you will have to stay there UNLESS your head coach or Coordinator leaves or is fired

you can receive NIL ONLY through a collective set up directly associated with the University

NCAA sets a hard cap for NIL and schools will have to decide who is worth what and so on so forth

You can transfer anywhere in the country AFTER you graduate

If you just HAVE to transfer BEFORE you graduate and neither your head coach nor your specific coordinator has left the program, you will be required to sit out 1 year but not lose a year of eligibility if you transfer OUTSIDE of your conference

If you are doing that same thing INSIDE your own conference, you will have the choice of sitting out 1 full season AND losing 1 year of eligibility OR sitting out 2 full seasons but not losing any eligbility for those 2 seasons.

That would stop this real quick

I also would be in favor of conferences themselves deciding their own Collective cap limit

If the SEC decided to set their cap limit per year to 15 million per year that would still benefit Alabama, LSU, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Auburn, Florida, Georgia

But its better than the absolute shit show we have now
