Yeah I saw him throw his arm backwards. Just didn’t know if the whistle would screw everything up and “ by rule” it possibly couldn’t be reviewed. But thank goodness the review was absolutely correct.
The crew on the field was about to blow that call for sure. The no play thing was a complete 17 up. Thank goodness the booth stepped in there.
