You should see a Tweet with a link to game lowlights of the 3-2 game.
"After dealing with Ole Miss for over a year," he said, "I've learned to expect their leadership to do and say things that the leadership at other Division I schools would never consider doing and to justify their actions by reminding themselves that "We're Ole Miss.""

I think I was so mum by the 2008 3-2 game I just had 0 expectations so I wasn?t even angry. And no Croom did not win me back in 2007 because I knew that was all Johnson?s defense and that we would be back to bad in 2008. I really did want him to do well in 2004 and 2005 and games like UF and the 2005 Egg Bowl gave me hope, but I knew Tulane was the final straw. I will say Croom at least had me more sold than Moorhead. I was instantly done with Moorhead after Kentucky 2018 because at least Crooms teams were not that undisciplined they were just mainly low on talent and a poor offensive approach to modern day college football
I was done with Moorhead after the Florida game 2018.... you HAD to beat Dan Mullen .

Maybe the hat was straight and not the head.

I think Auburn 2008 was the final straw that got Croom so it has that going for it at least ... I heard that Byrne wanted to talk to Croom after the game and Croom turned his back and walked away... Byrne realized it just wasn't going to work ... not sure if that's what actually happened but it's what I heard
OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) - Ole Miss campus police ask students to behave at future baseball games following a recent incident.
The university said students were reportedly throwing rocks at Georgia baseball players during last weekend's series.

I had heard years ago that Byrne told Croom he could stay if he brought in a spread OC to keep up with current college football. Croom flat out refused to fire Woody and go to a spread offense. Byrne told him he was fired then.

My late Dad carried me to my first State game at Memphis (Crump Stadium ?) in 1963 when I was 8 years of age, a 17-10 loss in a 7-2-2 season. I have seen a lot of losses since then but still consider this 3-2 game the most inept display of football by two"SEC" teams that I have ever seen. Wasn't this also Croom's last game the "I didn't see that coming" 48-0 loss at OM when about 3 of our QB's were almost killed?

The rare time another game was just as important as the Egg Bowl. The one game you just could not suffer to lose.
